Influmojo Data Deletion & Retention Policy

At Influmojo, we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This policy outlines the steps and timelines for requesting the deletion of your data from our systems, including data from connected third-party social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn, where the user has provided explicit consent.


  1. Who Can Request Data Deletion

Any registered Brand, Creator, or Agent on the Influmojo platform may request the permanent deletion of their account and personal data.


We will only process deletion requests made:

  • From the registered email address associated with the account.
  • Or via a verified in-app request from the logged-in account.

  1. How to Submit a Data Deletion Request

Email Method

Send an email to reach@influmojo.com with the subject line: "Data Deletion Request".


Include your full name, registered email address, and (if applicable) user type (Brand/Creator/Agent).


In-App Method (Recommended)

  1. Go to Dashboard > Account > Delete Account in the Influmojo app or dashboard.
  2. Confirm your identity via OTP verification sent to your registered email/phone.

For Accounts Linked via Social Login (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, or LinkedIn)

You may revoke Influmojo's access at any time using the relevant platform's account or security settings (for example, Facebook Settings > Business Integrations or Google Account Permissions).


Revoking access immediately stops further data collection from that platform. However, this action does not automatically delete your Influmojo account or previously stored data. To request full deletion, you must still follow the data deletion steps outlined above.


  1. Verification Process

We take data privacy seriously and will verify your identity before processing a deletion request:

  • If using email: We will send a confirmation link to your registered email.
  • If using the in-app request: OTP or password confirmation will be required.

  1. What Data Will Be Deleted

Once verified, we will delete:

  • Account details (name, email, phone, profile information)
  • Connected social media metrics (such as engagement and performance data from Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, or LinkedIn, where connected by the user)
  • Transaction history (bookings, payments, invoices)
  • Chat history & ticket logs (messages exchanged between brands, creators, and agents)
  • Uploaded files (portfolio items, KYC documents, media assets)
  • Notifications, reviews, and linked records associated with your account

  1. What Data Will Be Retained Temporarily

For legal, accounting, and fraud prevention purposes, we may retain:

  • Financial transaction logs (payment processor IDs, payout details) for up to 7 years (as required by applicable laws)
  • Backup copies of deleted data for up to 30 days after deletion to allow recovery in case of accidental deletion or legal disputes
  • Backup copies are retained solely for disaster recovery and legal compliance purposes and are not accessed or used for any active processing.

All retained data is securely stored and inaccessible for regular platform operations.


  1. Deletion Timeline
  • Platform access to connected third-party accounts (including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn) is revoked immediately upon deletion.
  • User data is removed from active Influmojo systems within 24–48 hours after verification.
  • Remaining copies of deleted data are permanently removed from backups within 30 days, unless retention is required by applicable law.
  • Where deletion is delayed due to legal, accounting, or dispute resolution obligations, Influmojo restricts access to the retained data and does not use it for analytics, marketing, or profiling purposes.

Once your data is deleted, you will receive:

  • An email confirmation stating that your data has been permanently removed from our systems
  • If applicable, confirmation that API tokens and connected account access have been revoked

  1. Special Notes for Brands & Creators

Important Considerations

  • If you have active orders, disputes, or unresolved payouts, deletion will be delayed until all obligations are fulfilled
  • Deletion will permanently remove all booking history, chat logs, reviews, and portfolio data — this cannot be undone
